Simulation (not testing) is what we should be doing in IT

Pilots use flight simulators for training. Below is a video of a flight in a flight simulator. The training eliminates the probability that a pilot causes a fatal accident in the air while training. Additionally, it allows the pilot to experience and deal with scenarios that he can practice with in a safe environment without a risk of real life accidents or damage.
