In 2015 you need to stop doing only tin and up your game to service
2015 is not the year of product. Product strategyis now Service strategy.
expectation is not about selling and delivering tin. That is now
manufactured in the sweat factories of planet Earth and is as cheap as
chips. What is required is to add tools and teachings to the tin and for
it to become a total service offering. It sounds simple, but many
companies will struggle to become more than just box droppers.
